Funding opportunities for your project
As a consulting company certified by RKW Hessen, we are your partner in the selection of suitable funding programmes, the submission of the funding application for the use of funding, the coordination with RKW Hessen and the processing including the preparation of reports.
The following funding programmes are aimed at SMEs in Hesse (small and medium-sized enterprises) with
- less than 250 employees,
- a maximum annual turnover of EUR 50 million or a maximum balance sheet total of EUR 43 million,
- and a maximum shareholding of less than 25 per cent (capital or voting shares) in one or more companies that do not meet the definition of an SME.

DIGI subsidy
The DIGI grant supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the commercial sector and the liberal professions with a permanent establishment in Hesse. It supports the digital transformation of work and production processes as well as IT security.
The measures must demonstrate progress in digitalisation that relates to at least one of the topics of production and processes, products and services or the company's strategy and organisation.
The following measures are eligible for funding:
- Acquisition costs for hardware and software for the digitalisation of products, services and operating processes or for the implementation of a data protection-compliant solution for IT security
- Services associated with the acquisition, including the migration of data from the existing system to the new system and the porting of software (components) as well as training required to use the acquired digital systems
Amount of funding:
The funding amounts to 50% of the eligible material expenses. It is limited to a maximum of EUR 10,000. Projects with a volume of EUR 4,000 to EUR 50,000 are eligible for funding.
Consulting support for digitalisation
When digitising business processes, products or services, you should always seek qualified advice beforehand.
You will benefit from years of experience and the best practices acquired in numerous projects. This enables problems to be recognised at an early stage and the associated costs to be reduced or, ideally, even avoided.
Digitisation consulting includes an analysis of the current situation, a joint requirements analysis and the identification of possible solutions, including the respective advantages and disadvantages. Based on this, you will receive a concept for implementing your digitalisation project.

Amount of funding:
Up to 15 consultancy days are eligible for funding of up to EUR 400 per day - up to a maximum of 50%.
