The AIMAX® AI platform solution is designed for maximum flexibility – this is evident throughout, from the selection of AI models and the interfaces to the channels through which AIMAX®’s local AI capabilities can be utilised.

Use cloud-based AI models, on-premises LLMs or any combination. You can switch models at any time – even contextually, depending on the task at hand. - The choice is yours:

The use of on-premises AI models guarantees you 100% data protection and data security. When using cloud models (optional), there is also the option to require user authorisation for the data to be transmitted. - Platform flexibility:
AIMAX® also allows the use of different hardware. Whilst the use of Apple hardware has proven to be both highly powerful and cost-effective in the small business sector, other hardware solutions – such as those from NVIDIA – can also be used as a basis in the enterprise and reseller sectors.
The key feature: even mixed set-ups are possible with the AIMAX® AI platform, allowing for a phased expansion of the infrastructure. Less powerful hardware can, for example, be used to host smaller models, thereby reducing the load on the high-performance systems. - Absolutely future-proof:

Small Business Edition
Your all-in-one AI platform for businesses with up to 50 employees – designed for cost-effectiveness and the fastest possible return on investment.
With this target group in mind, we set out to find a solution offering the best value for money. Although it may come as a surprise, we haven’t opted for NVIDIA here, but rather for devices from Apple. Their shared-RAM architecture, combined with very high memory bandwidth, provides an excellent foundation for the concurrent operation of large language models. At the same time, the costs remain very manageable compared to alternative solutions offering comparable performance and video RAM.
If most of the terms mentioned above sound like Greek to you, you should bear in mind that, for small business requirements, we can offer you an AIMAX® version specially optimised for the Apple Mac Studio, which represents a highly powerful yet attractively priced solution for on-premises AI.
Of course, you are also free to choose a different hardware platform in this segment.
Enterprise Edition
The flexible AI infrastructure with scalability potential for companies with more than 50 employees.
To support the requirements of enterprise operations, we have expanded AIMAX® to include a manager component that enables our tried-and-tested AIMAX® technology to distribute the AI computing load across multiple – including different – hardware instances. This enables optimal utilisation of resources and on-demand expansion of computing capacity.
AI Provider Edition
A multi-tenant AI solution for providers and IT service providers who wish to offer their customers AI-as-a-Service.
In addition to the enterprise functionality described, the provider version of AIMAX® also offers multi-tenancy combined with licence management. The tenant nodes are operated in a typical Linux-based hosting environment and can thus benefit from tried-and-tested technical infrastructure solutions within the provider environment.

Data Protection & Data Security by Design

We understand that trust is the foundation of any successful technology partnership, which is why we have designed AIMAX® to ensure that your data remains secure and protected at all times.
For example, AIMAX® offers the option to operate locally without internet access. This ensures that your sensitive information does not need to be transmitted over the internet, thereby minimising the risk of data breaches and unauthorised access. This helps our customers meet the strict requirements of the GDPR whilst benefiting from the advantages of a powerful AI solution.

Data minimisation! How clever is that?!
AIMAX® Knowledge Safe technology allows you to integrate your own specific data without directly sharing it with the AI models being used.
Instead, AIMAX® selects the data fragments required for each query on a context-specific basis, in accordance with the principle of data minimisation. This enhances data security – regardless of whether you use the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service or a local AI model – and you are, of course, free to choose between these two options.
SaaS providers or on-premises AI – the choice is yours!
The AIMAX® AI infrastructure solution is specifically designed for running local AI models, but also gives you the option to use Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers such as OpenAI.
GDPR-compliant use is also possible when utilising a Software-as-a-Service provider. For example, OpenAI’s AI models can also be used within the isolated Microsoft Azure cloud environment and under an AV agreement. If you use Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Teams, you are already operating within this environment and have already entered into the Microsoft Azure AV agreement.
When operating AIMAX® in a secure environment and based on a local AI model, the system does not require any access to the cloud. In this case, the system can be accessed via the WebUI exclusively on the intranet. Consequently, you retain full data sovereignty. Naturally, your data is not used for training the models either.
