Secure access to corporate knowledge
AIMAX® connects the Teams chat with shared internal data sources, such as SharePoint, Confluence or product information, as required. Roles and permissions determine which users are allowed to access which knowledge bases, agents and AI models.

Internal knowledge

Human-in-the-loop
With ‘human-in-the-loop’, you specify for which tasks AI results must be manually checked, corrected or approved before further processing. In this case, the data is displayed to the user in a form for them to check, make any necessary changes and provide manual confirmation. The use of certain cloud models can also be linked to prior confirmation.
Web search
The integrated browser agent searches the internet for up-to-date information as required, thereby supplementing the knowledge of the selected model. This enables answers to be supported by current, verifiable sources and internal information to be enriched in a targeted manner.
